Returns

Return requests may be initiated through the Sutrisha website within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in intact condition, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase intact, wherever applicable.

Products purchased under special promotional offers, including buy-one-get-one (“BOGO”) offers, shall not be eligible for return.

Sutrisha seeks to keep the returns process fair and efficient. However, accounts demonstrating a high frequency of returns may be subject to increased return charges. Return fees may be levied based on the number of items returned or such other parameters as Sutrisha may determine for operational efficiency.

If reverse pick-up is unavailable for a return or exchange request due to pincode serviceability constraints, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by Sutrisha. Such non-serviceability can be temporary or prolonged, and resolution timelines may vary depending on operational feasibility. Self-shipping charges up to ₹120 shall be reimbursed against valid proof of shipment. Any additional concession may be provided by Sutrisha on a case-to-case basis, at Sutrisha’s sole discretion. Customers are advised to use reasonable courier options such as India Post or other suitable courier services.

Exchanges

Exchange requests may be initiated through the Sutrisha website within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges shall be permitted only for size changes. Requests for exchange on account of colour, style, pattern, or any other preference shall not be accepted.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in intact condition, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase intact, wherever applicable. Products falling within hygiene-sensitive categories, including innerwear and certain accessories, as well as products purchased under special promotional offers, including BOGO offers, shall not be eligible for exchange.

The replacement item shall not be dispatched at the time of return pickup. Upon successful pickup of the original item, typically within 2 to 3 business days, the exchange item shall be shipped in accordance with Sutrisha’s standard delivery timelines.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled through the Sutrisha website at any time before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation shall no longer be permitted.

Refunds

Approved refunds in respect of eligible cancellations and undisputed returns shall ordinarily be processed within five (5) business days from the date of confirmation of such refund by Sutrisha, subject to successful return verification, product inspection, and compliance with the applicable return and refund conditions.

Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds — including the refundable ₹29 shipping fee — shall be processed to a bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

Where a return or refund request is disputed, found to be non-compliant, or requires additional review or investigation, Sutrisha reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or reject the refund in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
