Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping fee of ₹29 per order shall apply and shall be payable by the customer at the time of delivery. This ₹29 fee is fully refundable in the event of an eligible return or cancellation.

Sutrisha reserves the right to revise such shipping charges at its discretion, in accordance with business requirements. Any revised charges shall be updated on the platform and shall apply prospectively.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched in accordance with Sutrisha’s standard delivery timelines of 7-10 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination pincode, courier serviceability, and operational factors.

In the event that delivery is unavailable to a particular pincode due to serviceability constraints, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.
